Been out prawning and salmon fishing with Outsider Charters twice now and both have been great trips! A very comfortable boat and Chris is a super friendly and knowledgeable guy – the days literally flew by and was able to put prawns and salmon on the dinner table!

Trophy Catch 👍 Very professional, well informed with patience for younger children. Gave us our money’s worth and more. Great photographer comes with package. Last minute booking was made possible. Instructions for fishing and safety were paramount. Fantastic friendly experience. Highly recommended.

Great time. We had a great time! Fishing was slow to start but Chris changed things up until he found what worked. Caught a couple 16lb Chinook keepers as well as a monster that was too big to keep. Thanks again!

Last day of the season! Excellent day fishing around Campbell River with Outsider Charters. Chris the guide was very knowledgeable of the area and boat and equipment used was top quality. Weather was great and we managed to catch a view fish despite being out of season. Overall a truely rememberable day and I recommend fishing with Chris to anybody.

We had a fabulous 8-hr day of fishing with Chris! He’s a patient, kind, and responsible guide . . . we caught our limit. Then we spotted two pods of humpback whales, and Chris was as excited as we were to observe these remarkable creatures . . . Our day was the best of both worlds — catching fish and observing nature. Highly recommend him anytime!

Awesome day out fishing with Chris. Super knowlegable, caught some hard fighting Chinook, great conversation, lots of knowledge on the area, including wildlife on the nearby islands. We were able to visit a sea lion colony after we caught more than enough Salmon early in the morning.
